Yikes

So I've been pretty bad at keeping up with this... I apologize. Life has been going a bit fast. It's hard to believe that I've been living in the city for 6 months now. I still love the city, but I miss my family. I've made a few friends so I'm not sitting home all the time, which is nice. I've been exploring more of the city and finding cheap things to do. I'm loving how cheap concerts are.

My job is going alright, although I'm starting to look for something else. I'd really like to get a job within the CUNY school system so that I can get some tuition assistance.

Some of the exciting things I've done in the past months include: Viewing the Giants ticker tape parade from my office window, seeing Ingrid Michaelson live on two occassions, experiencing Dim Sum in China Town, and getting lost in the village every time I go there.
